Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
1 cup of flour
2 tsp of garlic powder
0.8 cups of milk
1 tbsp of butter
1 cup of tomato sauce
Carrots to taste
Celery (stalks) to taste
0.5 cups of cheese sauce
Separate a small head of cauliflower into sprigs.
In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, and milk.
Dip each sprig in the batter. Place them on a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 425°F (220°C).
To make the sauce, melt the butter in a skillet. Combine the melted butter and hot sauce and whisk. Pour it over the cooked cabbage, stirring to distribute the sauce evenly.
Serve with cheese sauce and julienned carrots and celery (optional).
