Ingredients
Cottage cheese 100 g
10% cream 200 ml
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Eggs 4
Sugar 175 g
Flour 250 g
Baking soda 1 tsp
Berries 2 cups
Fat sour cream 200 g
Vanillin
Mix the cottage cheese with one egg and sugar (50 g), add cream (2 tbsp) and vegetable oil. Add flour and baking soda. Mix until smooth, then place in a lightly greased springform pan (either a springform pan or a regular pan lined with parchment paper, otherwise removing the berries will be a bit difficult).
Spread the dough out and create a rim. Sprinkle the berries onto the dough. Whisk the eggs, sour cream, remaining cream, sugar (125 g), and vanilla. You'll get a runny mixture. Pour it over the berries.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown, about an hour. The center should still be jiggly when you take it out; this is normal. Cool in the pan, then refrigerate for a couple of hours. Once it sets, it may crack slightly on top; this won't affect the taste.
