Madeleine Cookies with Lemon Zest



Ingredients
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
50 g butter
70 g flour
1 tsp lemon zest
50 g white chocolate
1 tbsp 10% cream

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and grease madeleine molds with butter (silicone molds do not require greasing).

Whisk the egg with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy and white. Add the lemon zest and sifted flour. Mix gently with a spatula or spatula. Then pour in the melted butter and gently mix again until smooth.

 Divide the dough among the molds and bake for 12 minutes. Immediately remove the finished cookies from the molds and let them cool completely. Melt the chocolate and cream in a double boiler and coat the cookies.
