Ingredients
200 g Mushrooms
300 g Chicken (liver)
0.5 cups Oatmeal
1 onion
1 carrot
5 potatoes
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp butter
Herbs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Wash the chicken livers thoroughly. Place in boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and cut the liver into pieces. Pour 2 liters of water over the liver pieces and bring to a boil.
When the liver boils, add finely chopped carrots and onions. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add the oatmeal to the soup and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the diced mushrooms and potatoes, chopped herbs, pour in the vegetable oil, butter, and bay leaf. Cook until tender (15 minutes).
