Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
100 g butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
For the glaze:
100 g butter
2/3 cup cocoa powder
4 tbsp milk
100 g powdered sugar
Whisk the room temperature butter with the sugar and vanilla, add the eggs one at a time, pour in the warm milk, and mix thoroughly. Mix the flour, salt, cocoa, and baking powder and sift into the butter-egg mixture. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter. Pipe the cookies using a dessert spoon or piping bag. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the parchment paper and let cool.
Ice: Melt the butter in a double boiler, add the powdered sugar, milk, and cocoa, and heat, stirring, until smooth and shiny. Place half a marshmallow on each cookie, pour the icing over it, and refrigerate until set.
