Crostini with Ricotta and Grapes



Ingredients
200 g ricotta cheese
1 baguette
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp shallot
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Grapes

Slice the baguette and drizzle each piece with olive oil and toast until golden brown (you can also toast it).

Add the chopped onion, salt, and pepper to the ricotta and mix thoroughly.

Line a baking sheet with foil. Preheat the oven to 210°C.

Place the grapes on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss and bake for 8 minutes, until the grapes begin to burst.

Take a baguette slice from the toaster, spread the curd mixture on top, and top with a couple of grapes.
