Ingredients
2 zucchini
1 chicken fillet
2 cloves garlic
50 g cheese
Tomato sauce
Fresh basil
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Wash the zucchini and cut into strips approximately 0.5 cm thick. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the zucchini, brush lightly with olive oil, and season with salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes, until the zucchini softens and curls better.
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips lengthwise, beat lightly, and season with salt and pepper. Press the garlic, brush the fillets, and let marinate briefly.
Place chicken strips on top of the prepared zucchini, sprinkle with cheese and basil, and add a little sauce.
Roll the zucchini and chicken into rolls, secure with skewers, and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
