Ingredients
Cottage cheese 300 g
Butter 200 g
Egg 1
Flour 10 tbsp
Vanillin
Sugar
Remove the cottage cheese and butter from the refrigerator ahead of time to bring them to room temperature. Mix all ingredients, knead the dough well, and roll it out into a thin sheet about 3-4 mm thick.
Using a glass, cut out circles about 6-7 cm in diameter from the dough sheet. Place each circle in sugar and press firmly with your hand. Place three circles overlapping each other and roll into a tight roll. Cut the roll in half. Slightly unfold the "petals." Place the prepared roses on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
