Butter 100 g

Milk 200 ml

Black Tea 2 bags
Heat a glass of milk (it should be moderately hot) and drop in the tea bags. Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Melt the butter in a double boiler. Add the "tea" milk to the butter and carefully add the eggs, one at a time, mixing best with a mixer.
Mix everything with the flour and sugar. Stir. The dough should have the consistency of thin sour cream. Grease a baking pan with butter. Pour half of the mixture into it. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until lightly golden.
Remove the pan and add the fruit, then pour in the remaining batter and bake for 30-40 minutes. After about 15 minutes, sprinkle the pie with brown sugar.
