Ingredients
100 g dark chocolate
30 g butter
1 egg
50 ml 10% cream
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 pinch vanilla
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup flour
Chop the chocolate into a small saucepan, add the cream, place over low heat, and stir until the chocolate melts. Add the butter, stir, and let cool.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and grease with butter. Mix the egg with the sugar and vanilla, add to the chocolate mixture, and stir. Sift the flour and baking soda mixture over the top. Stir until a very sticky dough forms. Add more flour if needed.
Place the dough on a baking sheet (about half a tablespoon per cookie). You can flatten the dough slightly with your hands dampened with water. Bake for about 10 minutes, until done.
