Ingredients
Milk 1.5 cups
Sugar 1/4 cup
Dry yeast 2.2 tsp
Eggs 2
Butter 150 g
Flour 3 cups
Salt 1/4 tsp
For the glaze:
Butter 1/4 cup
Milk 1 tbsp
Dark chocolate 60 g
Icing sugar 1/2 cup
Stir the yeast and sugar into the milk. Beat the eggs and butter. Combine these two mixtures and mix thoroughly. Gently fold in the flour. Knead the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1-1.5 cm and cut out donuts using two glasses of different diameters. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
Make the glaze using a spoonful of milk, butter, powdered sugar, and dark chocolate. Dip one side of the finished donuts into the glaze. Sprinkle with colorful sugar sprinkles on top.
