Ingredients
Milk 2.5 cups
Dry yeast 10 g
Sugar 100 g
Butter 100 g
Salt 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
Egg yolks 2
Flour 800 g
Jam 1/2 cup
Pour warm milk over the yeast and let it dissolve. Then add sugar, butter, salt, eggs, egg yolks, and flour. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer the dough to a well-oiled bowl and turn it over once to coat the entire surface. Cover and place in a warm place. Let rise until the dough doubles in size, about 1 hour.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and form it into balls. Brush each ball with melted butter, place on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.
Flatten the balls and make an indentation in the center of each with your thumb. Fill with fruit jam. Let rise slightly. Bake at 190°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
