Butter 100 g
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
Eggs 4
Sour cream 80 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Flour 1 cup
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan with butter. Beat the butter until creamy, add the sugar and vanilla sugar, and beat until the mixture thickens and becomes lighter in color. Add 4 eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each egg.
Add the sour cream and mix again. Sift the flour with the baking powder, add it to the dough, and mix thoroughly. Divide the dough into two portions, sift the cocoa into the second portion, and mix thoroughly to remove lumps.
Layer the dough into the pan: 1 tablespoon of light dough, then 1 tablespoon of chocolate dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick. When done, let cool.
