Ingredients
Millet groats 7 tbsp
Dried apricots 1 handful
Raisins 1 handful
Pumpkin 2 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Salt
Eggs 2 tbsp
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Butter
Milk
Cook the millet milk porridge, adding 3 tbsp of sugar, salt to taste, and pumpkin (optional). Let it cool. Beat the eggs with sour cream and mix them with the millet porridge. Add the raisins and chopped dried apricots. Mix again.
Grease a baking dish or deep frying pan with butter. Pour the millet mixture into the pan, smooth it out, and bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes. Serve with sour cream or apricot jam. Cool slightly before serving to make it easier to remove the cut pieces of casserole.
