Fresh yeast 40 g
Sour cream 3/4 cup
Sugar 1.4 cups
Lemon zest 1 tbsp
Raisins 2 tbsp
Nuts 150 g
Vanilla 1/8 tsp
Orange zest 1 tbsp
Salt
Pour softened butter, egg yolks, sour cream, and salt into the sifted flour and mix. Add the yeast, sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla, quickly knead the dough, and let it rest for half an hour.
Roll the prepared dough into a 2 cm thick layer, place on a greased baking sheet with a shallow edge, top with egg whites beaten with some of the sugar, and sprinkle with the remaining sugar, raisins, chopped nuts, and orange zest.
Place the pie in a warm place for 15 minutes to rise, then bake at a moderate temperature of 160°C (320°F). Cool the pie slightly, remove from the baking sheet, and cut into rectangles.
