Ingredients
Potatoes 1000 g
Meat 400 g
Onion 1
Pickled cucumber 4
Puff pastry 500 g

First, boil and mash the potatoes. Then cut the meat into pieces. Cut the onion into half rings and fry. Next, fry the meat over high heat, stirring for 3 minutes. Then add the onion, stir, reduce the heat, and simmer, covered, for another 10 minutes.
Then open the lid and simmer the juices over medium heat for another 4 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Cut the cucumbers into half rings or strips (if large). Divide the defrosted dough into 4 pieces and roll out.
Place 2-3 heaping tablespoons of the prepared puree in the center, then add the browned meat and sliced cucumbers, making lengthwise slits on the sides.
Now fold each side over, one at a time, so the slit is in the center. Shape into a boat shape and pinch the sides closed.
Place on a baking sheet, brush the boats with beaten egg, drizzling a little inside, and lightly cover the center with grated cheese. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C.
Let it brown, as all the ingredients are already prepared; 25 minutes will be enough.
