Ultimate Creamy Lemon Chicken Plate with Rice &Veggies 🌿

🛒 Ingredients
🍗 2 chicken breast fillets
🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste
🌿 2 tbsp chopped parsley
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🧈 1 tbsp butter
🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
🍋 1 lemon (3 slices + 1 tbsp juice)
🥛 ½ cup (120 ml) cream

For the sides:

🍚 1 cup cooked white rice
🥦 1 cup broccoli florets
🥔 1 cup potato wedges
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat; cook
chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked
through (74°C/165°F internal temp).
Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, sauté
garlic for 30 seconds.
Add cream and lemon juice, stirring and simmering for
2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over; cook for
2 minutes more.
Steam or boil broccoli for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Cook or roast potato wedges until golden (about 20–25
minutes at 200°C if oven-roasted).
Plate chicken with rice, broccoli, and potatoes. Garnish
with parsley and serve with fresh lemon slices.
💡 Notes & Variations
Add a splash of chicken broth to lighten the sauce.
Substitute cream with half-and-half for fewer calories
