Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries

Rinse the berries and pat dry with a paper towel.

Take the chocolate, break it into pieces, and then place the container with the chocolate in a saucepan of simmering water. Melt the chocolate over low heat. Stir occasionally as the chocolate melts. When the chocolate has melted, remove the saucepan from the heat.

Hold each strawberry by the stems or leaves and dip them in the melted chocolate. You can simply spoon the chocolate over the strawberries.

Place the chocolate-dipped strawberries on a flat plate lined with waxed paper, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.

Let the chocolate-dipped strawberries sit for 30 minutes until the chocolate has set.
