Vegetable Cutlets



Ingredients
Cabbage 1000 g
Onion 1
Semolina 1/2 cup
Flour 1/2 cup
Garlic 2 cloves
Dill
Vegetable oil
Breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
Spices to taste

Cut the cabbage into quarters and simmer in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain the cabbage in a colander, pass through a meat grinder, and squeeze to remove the water.

Grate the onion finely and press the garlic through a garlic press. Finely chop the dill.
5. Add the onion, garlic, and herbs to the cabbage. Season with salt and spices to taste. Add the flour and semolina, and mix thoroughly.

 Form the mixture into patties, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in vegetable oil until crispy and golden brown.
