Yogurt and Cocoa Cake



Ingredients
Flour 170 g
Soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Butter 125 g
Sugar 200 g
Eggs 3
Yogurt 150 g
Cocoa powder 40 g
Water 60 ml

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. The pan should be deep and large enough. Mix the salt, baking soda, and flour. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and butter, gradually add the eggs, and mix again with a mixer.

Now add half the flour, mix, then half the yogurt, mix, then the remaining flour and mix, and then add the yogurt again. You will get a very smooth mixture.

Transfer 1/3 of this dough to another bowl. Mix the cocoa with water and then mix it with this portion of the dough. Now begin filling the mold: pour in a little white dough, then pour in the chocolate, then the white again. Bake for 45-55 minutes; check with a match.
