Delicious S'mores Cakes for Gifting ❤️

 



Ingredients:  

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs  

- 1 cup all-purpose flour  

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder  

- 1 teaspoon baking powder  

- 1/2 teaspoon salt  

- 1 cup granulated sugar  

- 2 large eggs  

- 1/2 cup milk  

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted  

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  

- 1 cup mini marshmallows  

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips  


Directions:  

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin

with cupcake liners for individual cakes.  

2. In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, flour,

cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well

combined.  

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk,

melted butter, and vanilla extract.  

4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and

stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.  

5. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.  

6. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin cups, filling

each about 2/3 full.  

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in

the center comes out clean.  

8. Remove from the oven and let the cakes cool in the tin

for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool

completely before packaging for gifting.

Tips:  

- For a nutty variation, add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

or pecans to the batter for extra crunch.  

- Substitute the milk with almond milk to make the recipe

dairy-free while keeping the texture moist.  

- Enhance for gifting by drizzling melted chocolate on top

and wrapping the cakes in cellophane bags tied with

ribbon.
