Peanut Butter Cup Pie Recipe 🍫❤️

 



Ingredients:  

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs  

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted  

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter  

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened  

- 1 cup powdered sugar  

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  

- 8 oz whipped topping (thawed)  

- 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups (for garnish)  

- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)  


Directions:  

1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs

and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the

bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.  

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and

peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered

sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.  

3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is

light and fluffy.  

4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the

top with a spatula.  

5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-

second intervals, stirring until smooth, then drizzle over

the pie. Sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups on top.  

6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Slice and

serve chilled.

Tips:  

- For a healthier twist, substitute the graham cracker

crumbs with almond flour and use a sugar-free powdered

sweetener.  

- Add a layer of banana slices in the crust for extra flavor

and texture.  

- Experiment with dark chocolate chips instead of semi-

sweet for a richer, more intense chocolate taste.
