Spaghetti with Garlic Spinach Recipe 🍴
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the
spaghetti and cook according to package instructions,
usually about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set
aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until
fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for
2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spinach wilts
and combines with the garlic.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss
everything together for 1 minute to coat the pasta evenly.
Season with salt and pepper.
5. Remove from heat and serve immediately, optionally
topping with grated Parmesan cheese.

Tips:
- For a vegetarian twist, add cherry tomatoes or

- Substitute spinach with kale or arugula if you want a
heartier green.
- Enhance the dish by squeezing fresh lemon juice over it
before serving for a bright, citrusy kick.
