Luscious Snickers Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake 🍓❤️
Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4 bars)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, plus extra for garnish
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch
springform pan and line the bottom with parchment
paper.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs
and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture
firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the
crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar
together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing
well after each addition. Stir in the melted chocolate,
chopped Snickers, raspberries, vanilla extract, and salt
until evenly distributed.
4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust in the pan.
Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 50-60 minutes,
or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
5. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside
with the door slightly open for 1 hour. Remove from the
oven, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, then
garnish with extra raspberries before serving.

Tips:
- For a nuttier twist, add chopped peanuts to the crust or
mix them into the filling for extra crunch like in traditional
Snickers.
- Substitute fresh raspberries with raspberry preserves if
they're out of season, or try a chocolate ganache topping
for added richness.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of
caramel sauce to enhance the Snickers flavor and make
it even more indulgent.
