Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Delight Recipe 🍫

 



Ingredients:  

- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs  

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted  

- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened  

- 1 cup granulated sugar  

- 3 large eggs  

- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted  

- 1 cup milk chocolate, melted  

- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted  

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  

- 1 cup heavy cream  

- Optional: Chocolate shavings for garnish  


Directions:  

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch

springform pan and press the chocolate cookie crumbs

mixed with melted butter evenly into the bottom to form

the crust.  

2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and

sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well

after each addition.  

3. Stir in the melted dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and

white chocolate until fully combined, then add the vanilla

extract and heavy cream.  

4. Pour the filling over the crust in the pan. Bake for

55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1

hour.  

5. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4

hours or overnight to fully set. Garnish with chocolate

shavings before serving.

Tips:  

- For a nutty twist, add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or

pecans to the crust mixture for added texture.  

- Substitute the dark chocolate with semi-sweet for a

milder flavor, or use dairy-free chocolate and cream

cheese for a vegan version.  

- Serve with fresh berries or a drizzle of raspberry sauce

to balance the richness and enhance the presentation
