Apple-Banana Cheesecake



Ingredients
1 cup rye breadcrumbs
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup dried apple
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp honey
300 g low-fat cottage cheese
100 ml milk
100 g sugar
2 bananas
1 tbsp gelatin
1 cup water
1 apple
Cinnamon

Soak the gelatin in water. Grind the breadcrumbs and dried fruit in a blender or meat grinder, add honey, mix well, and spread the mixture over the bottom of a springform pan. Grease the sides of the pan with butter or wrap with cling film.

Peel the apple and banana. Slice them thinly and arrange them on the cake base. Heat the swollen gelatin. In a blender, combine the banana, milk, cottage cheese, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour in the slightly cooled gelatin, stir, and immediately pour the mixture into the pan. Cool the cheesecake in the refrigerator.
