Sour Cream and Curd Cake with Prunes



Ingredients
Sugar 1 cup
Flour 100 g
Eggs 3
Starch 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cottage cheese 250 g
Fat sour cream 250 g
Prunes 200 g
Gelatin 10 g
Chocolate 50 g

Soak the gelatin in 0.25 cups of cold water. Place the prunes in a bowl and pour in 0.5 cups of warm water. Beat the eggs with 0.5 cups of sugar, add the flour sifted with starch and baking powder, mix well, and pour into a round baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes. Let cool in the pan.

 Cut the prunes into small pieces. Strain the infusion, pour it into the gelatin, and heat in a double boiler until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Whip the sour cream with the cottage cheese and sugar, then add the gelatin and prunes. Mix well and spread on the crust. Refrigerate until completely set. Before serving, remove from the mold and sprinkle with chocolate.
