Ingredients
for the dough:
4 eggs
380 g condensed milk
1/2 pack margarine
10 tbsp flour
1 packet baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
For the frosting:
200 g condensed milk
1/2 pack butter
Fruit
For the sponge cake: beat the eggs with the condensed milk, add the melted margarine. Mix thoroughly. Next, add the baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough thoroughly until it reaches the consistency of thin sour cream. Pour the mixture into two pans and bake at 200°C until done (about 35 minutes, but you can test with a match).
Cream: puree the fruit with a blender or mixer, add the condensed milk. The butter should be soft (leaving it at room temperature for an hour is enough). Beat well.
Slice the baked cake layers lengthwise to create four layers. Spread each layer with cream. Decorate to taste. The sponge cake needs to be cooled and allowed to soak. It's best to refrigerate it overnight.
