Ingredients
For the base:
200 g cream
200 g halva
1/4 cup walnuts
For the curd layer:
1 packet vanilla pudding
2 tbsp sugar
500 g 9% cottage cheese
1 tsp vanilla essence
100 g white chocolate
500 g cream
For the mocha cream:
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp instant coffee
20 g butter
2 tbsp cream
For decoration:
100 g white chocolate
50 g halva
Mix all the ingredients for the base until smooth. Spread into the pan in an even, thick layer.
Whisk the instant pudding, sugar, cottage cheese, vanilla essence, and white chocolate until smooth. Whip the cream and gently fold it into the cottage cheese mixture. Spread it on the base of the cake.
Dissolve the sugar, coffee, and butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add the cream, mix until smooth, and let cool. Spread the cream over the cottage cheese layer and let cool. Sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate and halva. You can garnish with whipped cream.
