Vanilla-Chocolate Cake


Ingredients
For the base:
1 cup walnuts
3 tbsp sugar
110 g butter
1 cup flour

For the first layer:
500 g cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream

For the second layer:
144 g vanilla pudding
3 cups milk

For the third layer:
144 g chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

For the fourth layer:
2 cups whipping cream
Chocolate

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a baking dish with butter. Beat all the ingredients for the base in a mixer. Place this mixture in the bottom of the dish and press it firmly. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Make the vanilla and chocolate puddings separately using milk according to package directions. In a mixer, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and plums until fluffy.

Cool the base. Layer with cream cheese. Top with the chocolate and vanilla puddings. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve.
