Ingredients
180 g white chocolate
4 tbsp honey
150 g butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
Melt 180 g white chocolate in a double boiler, add honey and butter, cut into small pieces. Whisk until smooth, add eggs, and whisk again.
Sift flour into a bowl, add sugar, and mix with the chocolate mixture. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Cool, cut into squares or circles. If desired, coat the brownies with prepared white or chocolate icing, sprinkle with sprinkles, and decorate with small marzipan figures.
Let the brownies dry slightly, then place them in a wide, clear container, cover with a thick paper lid, and tie it shut.
