Ingredients
120g cocoa powder
340g flour
180g butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup coffee
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
For the frosting:
250g chocolate
250g cream
Dissolve the cocoa powder in one cup of boiling water. Combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugar, then add the eggs. Mix everything together, pour in the cooled cocoa powder, half the flour mixture, then add the yogurt and the remaining mixture. Mix thoroughly and pour in the hot coffee. Divide the dough evenly and bake 2 cake layers. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C.
Once the cake layers have cooled, frost them with the frosting. Then, cover the cake with the frosting. Refrigerate the cake for 3 hours.
