Ingredients
For the dough:
2 eggs
125 g flour
125 g sugar
100 g 35% cream
1 vanilla bean
For the filling:
8 pieces milk chocolate
For the glaze:
75 g milk chocolate
75 g butter
1 tsp cocoa powder
Mix the eggs with the sugar and beat for a few minutes until fluffy and white. Add the sifted flour. Pour in the cream mixed with vanilla pulp or vanilla sugar. Mix.
Pour the dough into greased and floured molds, filling them about 2/3 full. Place a piece of chocolate in the center of each mold. Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C. Let the finished cakes rest in the tins for a few minutes, then remove and cool.
For the glaze, melt the chocolate and butter separately in the microwave or over a double boiler, then mix until smooth, adding cocoa powder. Drizzle the warm glaze over the cakes.
