Ingredients
Cottage cheese 300 g
Fat sour cream 400 ml
Sugar 200 g
Gelatin 20 g
Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
Chocolate shavings 20 g
Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of water according to the package instructions. In a food processor, beat the cottage cheese, sour cream, and sugar.
Heat the gelatin until dissolved, cool slightly, add to the curd mixture, and mix.
Place some of the mixture (about 100 ml) in a bag or piping bag. Add cocoa powder to the remaining mixture and beat again.
Line a convenient mold or plate with cling film and pour in the chocolate curd mixture. Next, using a syringe (or a bag with the tip cut off), carefully stuff the white curd mixture into the chocolate.
Pour any remaining white mixture over the dessert and refrigerate until completely set, about 3-4 hours. Turn the finished dessert out onto a serving plate and remove the film.
Decorate with chocolate shavings.
