Ingredients
for the panna cotta:
500 ml 20% cream
4 tbsp sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
1 tbsp instant gelatin
For the pudding:
100 ml milk
2 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
For decoration:
Chocolate
Pour 3 tbsp water over the gelatin, let it swell, then dissolve it in a bowl of hot water. Stir quickly until dissolved.
Mix the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar, heat until the sugar dissolves. Pour the gelatin into the warm mixture, stir, and pour into jars or molds. Refrigerate until set, or overnight.
In a saucepan, combine the cocoa, butter, sugar, and milk. Bring to a boil. Mix the starch with 1-2 tablespoons of cold milk. Pour it into the boiling milk. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened. Then place the saucepan with the pudding in cold water and cool.
Spread the pudding on top of the set panna cotta, optionally sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
