Ingredients
10 oranges
1.5 cups water
1/2 cup honey
Wash the oranges and zest them using a grater. To make the sorbet, you'll need 1.5 tablespoons of zest. Pour the water into a saucepan and add the honey and zest. Bring the syrup to a boil over high heat, then immediately remove from the heat.
Cut off the tops of each orange, then peel the orange. Remove the membranes from all the orange segments.
Squeeze a small amount of juice into a bowl and add the peeled segments. Transfer everything to a food processor and blend. Add the juice to the syrup in the saucepan, then mix well and transfer to a container.
Place the container in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours. Remove the finished sorbet from the freezer and serve in small bowls with an orange wedge.
