Ingredients
5 cups coconut flakes
1.5 cups sugar
7 g egg white
1 pinch salt
100 g chocolate
In a large bowl, combine the coconut flakes, sugar, egg whites, and salt. Mix well. Add melted butter, almond extract, and a few drops of vanilla extract. Mix again and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Wet your hands with water and roll 1 tablespoon of coconut mixture into a tight ball. Then place the ball on a cutting board and shape it into a pyramid. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with oil, and lay out the coconut pyramids. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Cool slightly. Dip the tops of the pyramids in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.
