Ingredients
100 g white chocolate
2 eggs
125 g whipping cream
25 g sugar
2 tbsp orange liqueur
1 pinch cinnamon
For the topping:
250 ml orange juice
2 tsp starch
Whip the egg whites and cream separately until stiff peaks form. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
Whisk the egg yolks with the liqueur or juice, cinnamon, and sugar until creamy. Add the melted chocolate, stirring constantly. Fold the whipped cream into the main mixture. Gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
Divide the mixture into small bowls and chill for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, prepare the topping. Stir a tablespoon of starch into orange juice until smooth.
Bring the remaining juice to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the starch mixture and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and cool completely. Before serving, spoon the topping over the chocolate mousse.
