Ingredients
Gelatin 40 g
Milk 2 cups
Cottage Cheese 500 g
Sour Cream 400 g
Sugar 3/4 cup
Vanillin to taste
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
Pour the gelatin into the milk and let it swell for 1–1.5 hours. Place the swollen gelatin over low heat and stir constantly until completely dissolved. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the gelatin and milk, stir until completely dissolved, and cool to room temperature.
Press the cottage cheese through a sieve or use a blender until it reaches a paste-like consistency. Add sour cream to the gelatin mixture, mix well, and then combine with the curd mixture. Divide the mixture into two parts, add cocoa to one, and mix well.
Pour the light layer into the mold and refrigerate until set. Alternatively, you can place the mold in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. When the first layer has set, pour the second layer and let it set again.
When the dessert has completely set, you can cut it into portions and garnish with fruit or chocolate.
