Ingredients
2500g vanilla ice cream
400g coconut flakes
Marmalade
Sprinkles
Chocolate wafers
Line a tray that fits in your freezer with parchment paper. Place 12 scoops of vanilla ice cream (4 large, 4 medium, and 4 small) on each and freeze for 15 minutes.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and roll in coconut flakes. Return to the tray and return to the freezer.
Cut small cones (snowman noses) out of marmalade or marzipan. Remove 1 small ball from the freezer, insert a nose, make eyes and a mouth with sprinkles, and return to the freezer. Repeat with the remaining small balls.
Remove the medium-sized balls one by one, press a few sprinkles (buttons) into them, and return them to the freezer.
Remove one large ball, place the medium and small balls on top, and return the finished snowman to the freezer. Repeat with the remaining balls.
Make snowman hats from thin chocolate wafers and marshmallows, dusting with powdered sugar. Before serving, remove the snowmen from the freezer and place the hats on their heads.
