Ingredients
Cottage Cheese 400 g
Milk 1.5 cups
Sour Cream 250 g
Gelatin 25 g
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla Sugar 2 tbsp
Chocolate 50 g
Banana 1
Chocolate Cookies
Soak the gelatin in cold milk and let it sit for 1-2 hours until it swells. Heat the swollen gelatin until completely dissolved, but do not boil.
Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the hot gelatin solution and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Strain.
Whisk the cottage cheese (if very grainy, strain through a sieve) and sour cream with a mixer. Add the gelatin mixture and mix well again. The mixture will be slightly warm.
Divide into two parts, and add melted chocolate to one. Pour the white mixture into the cooled mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes, then let the chocolate mixture cool at room temperature.
Place the banana halves on top of the thickened white mixture (as shown in the photo) and carefully pour the chocolate mixture over it.
Refrigerate overnight. Place the mold with the set dessert in warm water for a few minutes (1-3), invert, transfer the curd dessert to a serving dish, and garnish with chocolate cookie crumbs.
