Ingredients
2 Apples
2 Pears
5 Plums
2 Canned Peaches
200g Black Grapes
4 tbsp Sugar
Lemon Juice
1 Bunch Mint
150g Natural Yogurt
Cut the apples and pears into quarters and remove the cores. Halve the plums and remove the pits. Remove the grapes from the bunch and cut each berry in half. Dice the pears and apples, place them in a bowl, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Dice the plums as well.
Place the peaches on a paper towel to dry, then dice them. Add the plums, grapes, and peaches to the bowl with the apples and pears. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix well, then cover and refrigerate.
Now let's make the sauce. Separate the mint leaves. Dissolve the remaining sugar and ½ cup of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat. Add the mint leaves. Cook over low heat until the liquid has reduced by half.
Press the resulting sauce through a fine sieve and let cool. Mix the mint syrup with yogurt and dress the salad. Serve cold.
