Ingredients
4 apples
100 g sugar
Water
Popcorn
Wash your favorite apples thoroughly, dry them well, and thread them onto skewers. Combine the sugar and 5 tablespoons of hot water in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
Then, without stirring, swirl the pan until the caramel is golden brown, but not brown, otherwise it will be bitter.
Once the syrup is ready, dip the apples in it, then cover with popcorn. Place the apples in a glass or secure them so that the syrup doesn't touch the surface (if that's not possible, simply place them on a plate covered with plastic wrap, popcorn side down). Refrigerate the apples for a couple of hours until the caramel hardens.
