Potatoes 6
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper
Cumin 2 tbsp
Paprika 1/2 tbsp
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. While the water is boiling, peel and slice the potatoes. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes from the slices.
The remaining potatoes can be used for mashed potatoes or other purposes. Place the potatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain, and let cool slightly. Combine all the marinade ingredients, pour over the potatoes, toss gently, and let sit for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a baking sheet. You can line it with foil or parchment paper, but this is not necessary. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and spread the remaining marinade evenly over them. Bake for 20 minutes, turning the potatoes with a spatula if necessary.
