Ingredients
Chicken (breast) 700 g
1 bunch Spinach
1 onion
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 bunch Parsley
1 tsp Oregano
2 egg whites
100 g Cheese
2 tbsp Tomato sauce
2 tbsp Mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grind the chicken breasts into minced meat, then finely chop the spinach, parsley, and onion. In a bowl, combine the minced meat with the herbs, onion, breadcrumbs, oregano, and egg whites, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Place half the minced meat in a baking dish, then add the grated cheese, and top with the other half. Mix the tomato sauce with mustard and spoon it over the casserole. Spread evenly. Bake in the oven for an hour, until golden brown. Then let it rest for 10 minutes and serve.
