Ingredients
Beef 400 g
Red beans 1 cup
Rice 1/2 cup
Carrots 1
Leeks to taste
Potatoes 4
Walnuts 2
Thyme 2
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Dill 1 bunch
Tomato paste 2 tsp
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Soak the beans for a few hours. Then boil the beans until tender (do not add salt).
Boil the beef until tender. Remove the beef from the broth and cut into pieces.
Peel and cut the carrots (into strips), potatoes (into cubes), leeks (into wedges), and chop the walnuts. Fry the carrots in olive oil, then the onion.
Add the potatoes to the broth. Once the water boils, add salt, tomato paste, and rinsed rice.
After 5 minutes, add the sautéed vegetables, beans, dill, oregano, fresh thyme, and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes. Let the soup simmer for 5-10 minutes. The soup is ready.
