Italian Beef Pasta Soup


Ingredients
Pasta 200 g
Butter 45 g
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Onion 1/2
Garlic 2 cloves
Ground beef 500 g
Beef bouillon cube 2 tbsp
Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
Smoked sausages 2
Beef broth 400 ml
Tomato sauce 120 g
Bay leaf 2 tbsp
Basil 2 tbsp
Cottage cheese 450 g
Mozzarella cheese 240 g
Salt

Cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Melt 30 g of butter with a little vegetable oil in a saucepan. Add finely chopped onion. Cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Add the crushed garlic and cook, stirring, for another 2 minutes. Add the ground beef. Stir, then add the broth and pepper. Stir.


Add the finely chopped smoked sausage, beef broth, and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring. Add the remaining butter, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.


Add the pasta. Stir, cover, and cook for another 3 minutes.


Add the bay leaf and basil. Stir, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.


Add the cottage cheese. Stir and cook for another 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 5 minutes.
