Bean Soup



Ingredients
Meat 500 g
Beans 200 g
Cabbage 200 g
Potatoes 800 g
Carrots 150 g
Onions 150 g
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Salt
Pepper

Soak the beans in cold water for 3-4 hours. Cut the meat into small pieces. Cover with water, season with salt, bring to the boil, and simmer for 1 hour.

Then add the beans and simmer until almost done (about 30-40 minutes). Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes or strips. Once the beans are almost done, add the potatoes.

Then add the cabbage and simmer for 10 minutes. Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a medium grater. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Add the carrots and fry briefly. Then add the tomato paste and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add the fried onions and carrots. Season with salt if needed. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
