Cabbage 400 g
Potatoes 2
Onions 2
Carrots 1
Bell pepper 1
Butter 1 tbsp
Black peppercorns 5

Cut the cabbage, onion, carrot, and pepper into strips, and the potatoes into cubes. Combine the onion and carrot and sauté in butter.
Bring the water to a boil, add salt, add the cabbage, and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the potatoes, cook for 10 minutes, add the sautéed vegetables and bell pepper, and cook for another 15 minutes.
Five minutes before the soup is ready, season with peppercorns. When serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
