Ingredients
200 g sauerkraut
3 potatoes
1 onion
3 eggs
1 tsp paprika
Salt
Chop the onion and fry in butter. Squeeze the cabbage to remove any excess juice, add it to the onion, and simmer for a few minutes.
Grate the potatoes coarsely, add the cabbage and onion, season with salt, pepper, and beaten eggs. Mix well. Place the mixture in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with herbs and cilantro, and bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 20-40 minutes, depending on the height of the dish.
Gently invert onto a serving dish and garnish. Serve with sour cream.
